Bismarck Mandan Chamber of Commerce The mission of the Chamber is to advance the business environment and economic base of the Bismarck-Mandan ND area.Dina Butcher was formerly on the board of directors and Bill Butcher has served as a committee chair for the group.

Council of International Investigators CII was organized in 1955 and certified members are carefully selected throughout the world. Members are held to the highest professional and ethical standards.*

Friends of Lake Sakakawea An association of businesses, governments and individuals building on the recreational, economic and environmental opportunities of Lake Sakakawea. Bill Butcher was formerly on the board of directors and lobbyist for the group. 

National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) This association boasts the most extensive listing of professional process servers in the nation, and includes international process servers as well.

National Directory of Local Court & County Record Retrievers A national guide to information retrievers who search indexes and obtain documents from federal, state and local courts and from county agencies.

National Council of Investigation and Security Services (NCISS) The National Council of Investigation and Security Services, Inc., is the national voice of the private investigation and security professions addressing national issues relating to restrictive legislation and regulation. Bill Butcher was formerly a regional director and a board member of the group*

National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) NFIB's mission is to promote and protect the right of its members to own, operate and grow their businesses. Bill Butcher was formerly North Dakota state director for the group.

North Dakota Private Investigation & Security Board The board regulates private investigators and private security providers licensed and registered in the state. Members are appointed by the governor and Bill Butcher currently serves as chair.

Society of Former Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Inc. An organization of former FBI agents worldwide.*

The Village Family Service Center A non-profit with 20 offices in North Dakota and Minnesota with a mission to improve the quality of life through services designed to strengthen individuals, families and organizations and serving approximately 70,000 people annually. Both Bill and Dina Butcher are former board members.
